Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) govern the use of the ResiConnect platform (the “Platform”), offered by Lenuxo S. de R.L., a company incorporated in Honduras, with its registered office at Santa Ana, Francisco Morazán (“Lenuxo”, “we”). By accessing the website, creating an account, or using the Platform, the user (“you”) accepts these Terms in full.

1. Acceptance

Use of the Platform implies full and unreserved acceptance of these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part, please refrain from using the Platform.

2. Service description

ResiConnect is a multi-tenant residential community management platform that allows you to manage QR-based access control, dues and payments, amenity bookings, announcements, polls, and residents and security staff management. The Platform is available as a web application and as native apps for Android and iOS.

3. Accounts and registration

  • To use the Platform you must be at least 18 years old and have legal capacity to contract.
  • You are responsible for keeping your access credentials confidential and for all activity performed with your account.
  • You must provide truthful, accurate, and up-to-date information. We may suspend accounts that contain false information or signs of fraud.
  • The administrator of a community is responsible for keeping the list of authorized users (residents, guards) up to date and for how they use the Platform within their tenant.

4. Plans and billing

4.1. Available plans

The Platform is offered under monthly and annual subscription plans. Prices, features, and limits for each plan are published on our commercial channels and may be updated with the notice provided in section 4.4.

4.2. Free trial

We may offer a free trial period of up to 14 days, with no payment method required to start. When the trial ends, you must activate a subscription plan to continue using the Platform; otherwise, access to operational features will be suspended.

4.3. Billing and automatic renewal

  • Plans are billed in advance in U.S. dollars (USD).
  • We accept credit/debit card and bank transfer payments.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period (monthly or annual), at the then-current price, unless canceled in advance.
  • Applicable taxes (e.g., ISV in Honduras) are applied according to the law of the billing country.

4.4. Price changes

We may modify prices at any time. When a change affects clients with an active subscription, we will send a notice at least 30 days in advance to the registered email. If the client does not accept the new price, they may cancel before renewal without penalty.

4.5. Cancellation and refunds

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time from your panel or by writing to info@resi-connect.com.
  • Upon cancellation, your access continues until the end of the period already paid.
  • No refunds are granted for periods already billed, whether total or partial, except where applicable law requires it or where the error is directly attributable to Lenuxo.

5. Acceptable use

By using the Platform, you agree not to:

  • Use it for illegal, fraudulent, or morally or publicly offensive purposes.
  • Impersonate third parties.
  • Share QR codes with the intent of facilitating unauthorized access.
  • Upload offensive, defamatory, discriminatory, pornographic, or third-party-rights-infringing content.
  • Interfere with, breach, or attempt unauthorized access to the systems, reverse-engineer them, or use automated means to extract data.
  • Intentionally overload the services.

Breaches may result in the immediate suspension or cancellation of the account, without prejudice to any applicable legal action.

6. User content

Administrators and residents may upload content (announcement text, receipt images, visitor photos, etc.). You are solely responsible for such content. By uploading it, you grant Lenuxo a limited, non-exclusive, free-of-charge license to store, process, and display it solely for the purpose of providing the Platform within the corresponding tenant.

7. Intellectual property

The Platform, its source code, design, brand, logos, and other elements are owned by Lenuxo or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Use of the Platform does not transfer any rights over these elements beyond the limited license of use contemplated in these Terms.

8. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access, in whole or in part, in the following cases:

  • Breach of these Terms by the client or its users.
  • Non-payment of subscription fees.
  • Use that compromises the security, availability, or integrity of the Platform.
  • Requirement from a competent authority.

The client may terminate the relationship at any time by canceling their subscription. Termination does not release the client from payments accrued up to that date.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available”. Although we make reasonable efforts to keep it operational, secure, and error-free, we do not guarantee that it will be free of interruptions, failures, or vulnerabilities. The user assumes the risks inherent in using online services.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lenuxo will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential damages, or lost profits arising from the use or inability to use the Platform. Lenuxo's total accumulated liability in connection with these Terms, for any cause, is limited to the amount actually paid by the client in the twelve (12) months prior to the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Indemnification

The client agrees to hold Lenuxo harmless from third-party claims arising from the improper use of the Platform, from the content uploaded to it, or from the breach of these Terms.

12. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Honduras. Any dispute arising from them shall be submitted to the competent courts of the city of Tegucigalpa, Honduras, except where mandatory legal provisions applicable to the end client provide otherwise.

13. Modifications

We may modify these Terms at any time. The current version will always be published on this page. When the changes are substantial, we will communicate them by email or within the Platform with reasonable advance notice. Continued use after the effective date implies acceptance of the new terms.
